How can I get rid of This weird stuff on my teeth?

I have these little brown dots on my teeth alot on the back of my teeth My orthodontist said it is from drinking tea and capichino i dont have a regular dentist and i dont go to myy ortho no more so how can i get rid of them at home
 
Yea, what everyone else said. Stop drinking tea or cappuccino for awhile and go get your teeth professionally cleaned by a dentist. If you REALLY don't want to go to a dentist, my mom whitens her teeth with baking soda, not always the toothpaste kind but plain baking soda. If you want some back up info on that I would look it up. Or you could get white stripes if you don't want to use baking soda. Although I don't know how well they work personally, I hear they work pretty good. I would go to a dentist and ask them on some whitening tips.
