how can i get rid of this virus? "HTML_IFRAME.HT"?

Trend micro detected it but i dont know how i can get rid of it, it said that it was found in a temporary internet file? i need help!

Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and remove the following programs if present:

* Viewpoint
* Viewpoint Manager
* Viewpoint Media Player

Reboot afterwards. <-- Important!
