For about 2 weeks now my legs have been killing me. If I don't stretch out or warm up, I physically cannot run. I've been doing a ton of suicides in lacrosse and it's hard for me to keep up. I don't know if it's puberty, growing pains, or just soreness. I had knee surgery in October and my knee has recovered since but i have been out of sports 4 months and started running about a month ago. Can someone please help me and tell me what it is thats bothering me? My thighs, calves, and ankles hurt. I am 13 years old. Also how can i stretch out these muscles?
