I'm 5'5" and 125 pounds.
I work out at the gym daily. I'm not completely out of shape but I'd really like to get rid of stomach fat. And I know that I can't spot tone, I've been going to the gym for a while now, and my stomach is still flabby and gross. I'd like it to be flat. I don't eat unhealthily either.
I know that I'll need to burn the layer of fat before the muscle can show and be flat stomach, and I do tons of cardio and I'm not really seeing a change.
I don't drink pop often, or eat candy or fast food. And I drink skim milk and a lot of water.
When I go to the gym every day I try to burn 600 + calories, and do. Also I lift weights.
