My husband recently got put on third shift at his job. I just moved to a new town (I'm from 100 miles south) So i dont have anyone I can visit or have anyone come over. I am scared to death to be home alone at night. We have a security system and a dog..But it doesnt ease my anexiety at all. I have actually started having panic attacks during the night because I hear weird noises.Can anyone give me some advice on how to calm myself?
How can I get over being afraid to be home alone while my husband works nights?
