how can i get my wife military id if she not a citizen?

im in the military and i married a illegal resident. how do i get her military id. we r in process of her paperwork
 
When my hubby took me to get my ID, they asked for DL/ID, birth certificate, & marriage license. I'm not quite sure how you'd go about it without having a birth certificate.

Best thing to do is call DEERS tomorrow morning and ask them what other documents they would take in place of a birth certificate, if any.
