I signed a contract through an independent agent that came to the tavern. He gave me prices and terms that I felt were reasonable. I received a bill for twice the amount I agreed upon. The deal was a bundle of three services for $235 a month. The bill shows that amount just for the t.v. service. I believe I was mislead and not liable for the amount. I tried contacting the company over a dozen times and get the run around. I have a contract that is not being honored and close to filing a lawsuit. If anyone has any ideas please help.
