Ok, so last year i wanted to go to Camp Woodward to skate. But the problem was and still is that my mom has a really tight budget.She has alot of bills to pay for and i know that she is really struggling without my dad helping us at all. This year my brother got sick and was hospitalized for 3 weeks. And once he got out, she had to buy the prescription medications for him to take. Also, she pays monthly for my orthodontist, because i have braces. And now we have to move to a different house and pay rent...Since all of this together is expensive, how can i get my mom to let me go to a week of camp? I know i have to most likely get a job, but im only 13 and theres not that much jobs i can do at my age. And as much as i would want to go to Camp Woodward in PA, i cant because that would be more money because of the air fare and the cost of the week itself......But anyways if you have ever been to Woodward before, please tell me if i should go to the one in California ( where i currently live in), or the one in PA. Also, some things i can do to raise money for the air fare and the week and/or weeks. And should i go for a week or two weeks??
How can i get my mom to let me go to camp woodward west for skateboarding this summer?

13 yr olds can't get a job where I live. You could sell stuff on ebay, ask friends if you can babysit or do chores for them for money.
