I was involved in a auto accident where I was injuried and have been out of work 4 years ,my lawyer dropped my case because he says I am a felon ,and even wrote me stating that he thought it was a waste of time because I am a felon.According to the contract I still owe him 35% of any offer I settle with .Do I have to take him to court ,can the local State Attorney render his contract invalid
