How can I get my horse going in a nice outline?

I recently had my horse's wolf tooth removed as it was causing him a lot of hassle with the bit. Because of his tooth he has developed annoying habits of sticking his nose in the air in trot and leaning on the bit. What is the best way of helping him go in a nicer outline which is better for him and me?
He also has quite a long neck in relation to his body and is therefore quick front heavy which doesn't help. Can anyone offer me any advice of what to do? For example any training aids which won't cause more harm than good.

First of all u need to be relax so the horse can relax too
then just play witht the bit [DONT seesaw the horses mouth] or somethings squeeze for a sencond then let go and just keep with it also i was told to keep in a 20 m circal but its dont get mad because it dont happen straight away keep calm and keep praticing - its not going to come straight away
