How can i get my home wireless internet connection onto my phone?

i have a laptop so i have wirless internet. I was wondering if i could get it onto my 3g samsung phone? i have internet but its not free. I want to be able to connect my phone to the wirless internet i have at home so that when other members of my family are using my laptop i can use my phone
