How can i get my crayfish to stop killing my fish?

i have a 29 gallon fish tank. i got a crayfish to clean up the bottom of my tank and an algea eater to eat the algie. i have about 14 goldfish and 2 algea eaters. every morning i wake up ther eis a dead fish or 2 in my crayfishes house. i know there active at night. is there any way i can break or take off his 2 front claws and keep him alive. i know he doesnt use his front claws for anything else but catching food.. but there is more then enough extra fish food from the fish at the bottom. can this be done.. if so how.. do i just take sizzors and cut them off..
 
Remove the cray fish. He should be in a tank by himself, they are not community tank safe.

Do NOT break off his claws !

You also have way too many fish in that tank.
