How can I get my cellphone back?

My Dad took it away because I got bad grades on an interum, which is a midway report card that doesnt count towards anything. The only way he says i get it back is when I get all A's which isn't going to happen. How can I convince him that he's stubborn and to give me back my phone?
 
You have to understand that a cell phone is a PRIVILEGE, not a RIGHT. That means that unless you are paying for it yourself, your dad is not obligated to give it back, especially since you have bad grades. Focus on bringing your grades up, instead of scheming to get your phone back, and maybe soon, you will get it back.
I am sure that is not the answer you wanted to hear, but life is all about hearing things you don't want to hear, and doing things you don't want to do.
 
ok. first off you have to be mysterious. and go for the legs and work your way back up to the peepee and then make a big JUMP!! and you got it!!!! wait u got the wrong thing but atleast u get a baby out of this! lol
