How can I get my cell phone to stop restarting all the time, I have a alltel ppc6800?

the phone will restart then keep restarting till the battery is dead.
I am having this problem on both of the ppc6800's that I have I am starting to think that it is a software problem.
 
it probably is a software problem :/ but the bright side is i think all alltel customers contracts were up in april :D or thats what my friend said. lol. cause she was on alltel and had a blackberry, but she lost it last week and just upgraded with verizon and got a droid eris. but she hates it. lol
