Two things you must do differently. She has learned that it is fine to sleep on the lounge, just not to get caught on it. Nothing happens when you don't catch her, right? So you have to 1) catch her more often and make the consequences more startling and swift and 2) catch her when you're not home.
To accomplish #1, use something besides water. It needs to be noisy and unpleasant. Your car keys are handy and frightening. You don't have to hit her, just toss them beside her. Some jingle bells on a piece of string work well too. Or plastic baby toy keys. Try really hard to not be seen. Toss them from behind a wall or behind your back as you leave the room.
To accomplish #2, set a trap. This can be something that slides off the lounge when the cat jumps on it. like a silk pillowcase or several loose sheets of newspaper. Cats hate to be off balance. Or it can be noisy, like a mousetrap or 2 or 3 with a sheet of newspaper spread lightly over it, so it snaps but doesn't get her foot. I've also tried disposable aluminum pie pans balanced on short pieces of dowel rod. That's pretty effective. Set your trap and leave the house. First time, plan to be back in half an hour so you can reset it and do it again.
Doesn't take but about 3 or 4 times and your cat will find a quieter place to nap. Make sure she has a nice place, off the floor and maybe with a view outside.
