Alright so I've been working at this place for 4 years. Everything was perfect initially and things took a downward spiral this past few months. My boss wanted to take my work and present it and take all the credit for it. But it was important in my career to present it myself so we had a riff over that and in the end, i presented it.
Then he took one of my projects and gave it to someone else. I complained about it and he lost it on me and was yelling at me for never being grateful for everything that he has done for me, etc etc.
Anyhow, so I know things are not great and I want to leave. So i decide to wrap-up my internship by the end of April and he was okay with that as well. But then he offered me a job to stay on at his company after the internship. I just can't see myself doing that. So I said yes a bit hesitantly to him - but i just want to get the internship done and then re-discuss this with him at that time, and refuse the job.
He has to fill out paperwork for me to be done by April, but he is overseas currently and ignoring my emails. I don't have a place to live at in this city at the end of April and I am panicking because the deadline to submit the paperwork is this week.
What can I do now? How can I suck up to him to get this last portion done with in a fast way without problems?

By the way, i think he is stalling me right now because he doesn't want me to leave and wants me at his company longer. I am a very productive person.
