How can I get my aggressive dog away from her pups?

My dog gave birth to 6 pups this morning and I need to change the sheets they're on. The problem is, she's being aggressive when someone gets too close to her & the pups. How can I separate them for a moment to get the mom to go handle her business outside and then eat?
She's aggressive right now because she's protective of her pups, moron. She's not normally an aggressive dog.
