How can I get my 2001 honda odyssey to pass inspection in Mass?

it failed the inspection due to emissions. in Mass where might I find a place that would pass me regardless? I believe I have a problem with my cat converter.
 
just fix your problem... don't be selfish, stop contaminating my breating air.
