How can I get music onto my cellphone with a micro SD card?

I just bought a micro SD card to transfer music onto my cellphone, I have the rumor from sprint. When I put the card in, A box pops up asking me if i want to transfer pictures or music. I click music and then it goes into my itunes account, but I don't know how to transfer music. Please Help?!
 
I have the Rant, but I also have the SD card music transfer. Is there a place you can drag teh music too. I remember that you have to click and drag the music, but I don't remember if there's an icon for the card or another box pops up.
