how can i get muscle to play baseball?

lift. work your abs, legs, hips, lower/upper back, pecs, forearms, and triceps. for added effects throw in a plyometric workout along with this.
 
honestly roids. but that is prob out of the question so i would go with protien shakes. take your choice go to GNC. and a lot of hard work with the weights.
