How can I get more money over the summer for back to school shopping (Im 12!)?

I'm only 12 so I can't work. My friend and I tried walking dogs but it didn't work out so well. I made the honor roll all year, do you think my friend and I can tutor like 2nd-4th graders? If so how do we start? We probably won't go into their houses or whatever to do it so could we like ask our local library if we can start a program there where we can tutor 2nd-4th graders? We don't know anyone that well and our neighbor hood. Also, if we can't tutor then what else can we do? Thanks everyone [:

Iwould go to work with myparents or go to my school and ask them for a job if you tutor over the summer or be an office aid.
