how can i get married in these circumstances ?

i am a 20 years old girl i live in bahrain i want to get married but my father dont let me to .and the laws here dont allow me to get married without fathers premission, i once have heard that after one turns 21 she can get married without fathers premission i want to know is this true or is there some other way to get married like internet marriage or sumthing ??
p.s my father dont let me go out do i have a right to go out without my parents ??
