How can I get leather seats installed in my 2007 toyota corolla?

i saw someone's corolla having leather seats. I was shocked. I know corollas don't come with leather seats. Its just impossible. So how do I get that? And does Toyota Company install leather seats?
Also what would be the cost? The car has about 43000 miles on it
