How can i get into photography as a teenager?

I'm a 16 that LOVES photography. Is there any way i can get into early?? Like to help enhance my photography skills or whatnot??

hey im 18 and im a photographer for a newspaper.. just get a camera and start taking pictures.. practice makes perfect
