How can I get information on a car accident we passed?

You know something its so weired that it was not on the news. You may think im crazy but perhaps it was a ghost of a real accident that happened years ago, try to look up some history. Here in england there is a road and every now and then ghosts appear on it.

Have you been back to that spot there may be a sign asking people for details. Here in england if there is an accident the police put a sign and and ask for witnesses to come forward. Hope you find out and your mind is a rest.

like you I cant understand why nothing has been said about it its so strange.
 
On the evening of September 19th which was actually the morning of September 20th because it was after midnight, my husband and I were driving home along the eastbound 105 freeway in California. Somewhere between the 405 and 605 interchange, we passed a HORRIBLE car accident and it's been haunting me ever since and a lot of the things that we saw just didn't make sense. I have searched the internet several times and can't seem to find anything on it and even contacted a writer that did an article on a separate accident that had happened earlier in the year.

The severity of the car accident definitely seems like it would have been newsworthy but I haven't seen anything yet and when I contacted the police directly I was told that unless I was a party to the accident they couldn't tell me anything. So what do I do?

For some reason I feel like I need to have closure on this because its been giving me panic attacks and it seemed so unreal. We passed the accident before any police or paramedics arrived and I know for sure that one person appeared to be burned horribly and it seems that someone else may have been ejected out of the other vehicle involved and off of the overpass bridge. What do I do? Are you able to find anything on it?

Again, it was on the 105 Eastbound between the 405 and 605 interchanges on the night of 9/19/09 and the morning of 09/20/09. Small burgundy passenger vehicle and a white transport truck were involved.
