All in the question. I want to be able to do 30 pushups (or pressups, whatever you want to call it) without breaking a sweat. How can I do so? Also, how can I build up my muscles to do pull-ups?

Chest and back excersices do your pullups over hand instead of under hand if your not already doing it and do a lot of pushups and board excersices Just a warning 30 pushups is like a warm up excersice in the military 40 pushups in a minute isnt that good so you wanna be better then that guy if you want to have an easy time in the military. diamond pushup and changing the distance between your hands works out diffrent muscels have any more questions feel free to email me.
To get better at push ups you have to do push ups. To get better at pull ups you have to do pull ups. I know that sounds simple but it really is that simple.
