How can I get help with my ATT.NET email accounts? MY WIFE CAN NO LONGER ACCESS

HER EMAIL!!!!!!!!!!!? I added an email address for my wife onto my ATT.NET account, and it has worked for years. Now with the new email system, her login fails, while mine works ok. We've tried everything and there ARE NO ANSWERS FOR THE PROBLEM ANYWHERE ON THE WEBSITE. Somebody send me an email at [email protected] and tell me how to fix this!!!!
