How can i get foreign language credits for a University?

I just started senior year and didn't know till now that most universities require 2 credits of a foreign language, but my high school doesn't require them to graduate.

What can i do to get these credits?

I live in Arizona, and there is an online high school called Primavera, can this school give me the credits in time?
