How can I get financial help with living on my own?

I live in WV and I'm disabled, is there anyway I can get financial help with living on my own? I'm on SSD but most of that money goes to paying backed up bills and I don't have enough left to pay for my rent and food(I have foodstamps but only get $45.00).

Is there any thing I can do?
