So I have a Sony Vaio laptop. I got the Xacti last Christmas. I record, but when I plug it into my laptop and click open to view all, it closes on me. Then I tried dragging the video to WMM and I only heard audio, and didn't see any video. When I tried to import and download the clips into pictures, it ruined the folder and now I can't open it. Is there any way at all to put the clips onto my editing software without harming any other folders?
