How can I get both east & west US stations

The way the new AIO programming looks, the only way I can get both east and west US networks is to buy the HD package...I don't see a "Nets" theme pack!
 
It aways was a dollar to add the others feeds, I assume it still is. Call and ask or log in online and "enhance" your programing.
 
There isn't a theme pack for the additional feed like there is with Star Choice. There's some fine print beside Digital Standard that says it's on extra dollar.
 
US networks it your answer... 1$ a month

You will get the Boston and Seattle feed
