How can I get around the law about renting to families with children?

I' m a landlord in a beach condo building that has all adults living iit. A family with 5 kids wants to rent from me. I know that this will cause a problem that will cause friction and complaints all around. What can I do?
I know that no one will be happy in this situation.
cndo rules do not state adult living
 
follow the condo rules. tell the family no dice. there should be others out there looking to rent.
 
This is a dilemma...Tell them, when they call you (do not call them) that you are looking at many applications and credit reports of perspective renters and you have not made your decision yet. Continue that until you find the tenant you want.
Or-if they have a poor credit history you can just say no because of that.

Here in the Uk its up to the landlord who they rent their property out to, so its entirely up to you.
