How can I get an interview with a company that keeps re-posting a job I have already...

...applied for in the past? I would be perfect fit for a company's job posting, but I have already applied for it on several occasions. I have noticed that every few months this same job is re-posted. I think they didn't hire the right person or it wasn't a good fit or something wonky happened. I really think I would be a good match, but how can I get their attention for an interview? Any suggestions would be most appreciated. Thank you in advance! dr
