i committed adultery (husband and i broke up a year ago) but in the state of texas you can not get a divorce while pregnant so it is consider adultery in the military. I reported the father tof my child aggressive behavior to the unit and told them that i committed adultery and how that person is the father to our soon to be born bab. now we have a no contact order (for my safety). if i wanted him to be there for the birth of his son and so does he, how can i get the no contact dropped?
ALSO... once our child is born (4 weeks 2 go) how are we suppose to stay in touch about our son if theirs a no contact order in the way. meaning: visitations, emergency, etc.
(keep in mind we are both in the military, in the same unit, different companies and he is an nco and i'm a private)
