I live in MN, and I bought a pop-up camper from a private owner in IA, for $750. I have a bill of sale, and a copy of the cashed check. The women I bought it from has not sent me the title, and she is ignoring my phone calls and emails. I called IA and the camper isn't registered in her name. I can only assume it is from her ex-boyfriend/husband. When I picked it up, she talked allot about her "ex" that is where the assumptions come into play. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
How can I get a title to a camper?
