How can I get a PC game onto a mac?

Specifically Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II...I just got a macbook pro 14' laptop today. I need it for media fundies/arts in college for the next 4 years or so. But whenever I have spare time, I'd love to gradually play my star wars game on my mac. The one I have is already with the snow leopard, and I heard that's kinda good if you wanna install your PC games on it. Well, how do I do it? I can't just pop in the game's install discs and expect it to work, right? I probably need to use up one of my free sessions? And I certainly do not want to install my HP vista OS onto my mac, no way. Just the game, and have it play through nicely. What are the steps? Thanks.

installing PC version games to mac itseft? -- no way. but you still can by installing Windows to your mac using "boot camp" after you finish installing windows to your mac, now you can install any supported PC games.
