How can i get a girl from the dance floor back to my hotel room at a nightclub?

I'm going away this weekend with a few friend's and we're planning on getting wasted etc, but i was wondering because seeing as we're staying at a hotel, i was thinking of bringing a girl back to my hotel room but what do i have to say to get a girl from dance floor and back to my hotel room? What do i have to say to her? Do i buy her a drink? I need some advice!
