how can i get a dna test done if the dad i think is my dad past away?

im sure this might be my dad n i have a 5 month old that looks a lot like her pa pa my dad. he got creamaded and his brother done it because we dont have any proff that he was my dad and i want proof that he was my dad and i am sure that his brother does to. my husband n i are haveing it rough he hasnt had any work in 3mons no ones hiring here in the state of oklahoma.. and i dont think dads brother would be willing to do a dna relationship testing so please i need answer and right away.. thanks
