Please help me.. A friend give these steps:
Install IDT on your computer and start it. Unzip the language file and put the .bin file somewhere you can remember it on your computer.
On the Config window that pops up in IDT, there is a box at the bottom called Image File. Use this to browse your computer and select the .bin file. Click OK
Turn off the phone. Hold down the (1) Volume Up and (2) Power On buttons. The phone should enter Upgrade Mode. Now just connect the phone to your computer with your USB cable.
It should upgrade automatically.
Just that....
When i press the volume up+power it just open windows. When i press volume DOWN+power then it goes to a screen showing
