I just bought a used 1994 Honda Accord. It was dark and rainy when I looked at it. When we saw it today in the daylight...disappointment set in. It looks dull in some areas, like it has been sanded and spray painted over. Is there a way that I could do something to spiff it up? It is on the rear panel of the car. Dark green paint. Any ideas or thoughts really would be appreciated. Thanks!
