How can I fix the Camcorder for my Samsung Exclaim?

I had my Exclaim for about a year now and the camcorder stopped working. I press all the buttons to start recording,it even makes the shutter sound, but it doesn't record. It used to but now it won't. I've tried both Video Mail and Long Video and none of them work. The Camera still works though.
