how can i fix my window in a ford crown victoria?

i have a 1997 ford crown victoria with power windows. the passenger window wont go up or down but the motor is good. does anyone with experience or have a crown vic know how to connect 1 of the 2 cables to the window? one cable is connected so i guess my problem is the other cable that is not connected. anyone know how to connect it? thanks.

go to car-part.com and get a salvage yard window regulator assy cheap & easy.

sounds like you need a window regulator. most of the time when the cable is not connected it is broken.

If the window motor is good, than the problem is probably with the window regulator. I would recommend going to a reputable auto body shop for an estimate and repair.
