how can i fix my sony ericsson spiro?

hi

if recently bought a new phone which is the sony ericsson spiro and about two weeks after i had it itwont turn on it gets as far as the sony ericsson logo and just freezes
i have bought a usb cable for it and tried connecting it to the sony ericsson repair suite but my phone doesnt get recognized
i have no idea what to do
