How can i fix my screen on my palm treo 650?

my screen is a little off, if that makes since? lol. i need to know how to reset my screen so that when i try to press somehting it doesn't press something else like it's doing. say my contacts button and my message buttons were next to each other, i have to touch the screen a little more the the left of the button (not even on the button) to actually touch the button. get it? lol. i know it sounds complicated. please help. i would love it.
 
here are a few easy steps to calibrate your screen:

1. go to main menu ( home button)
2. select PREFS
3. under general category: choose Touchscreen
4. tap each target until calibration is complete

if it does not help, take it to your palmone service center..
