How can I fix my cell phone? Oh and also is Sprint a good company?

So My phone fell in the toilet, No it wont turn on,, How can i fix it? I already have it out and drying but is there any different ways?

My phone plan with Verizon almost up, so my mom wants to go to sprint.. Is that good, Also if we do change do you have to get your numbered changed? :/
