How can I fix an xbox 360 with 2 flashing red lights?

I do know that that means it overheated. But I took it out the place it said it was overheating in and it hasn't fixed the problem.

I also know that Microsoft only fixes problems dealing with 3 red flashing rings.
 
Go to xbox.com and type in "2 lights flashing". Find the article and try to find it. If it has the E 74 message then microsoft might fix the problem.
