involving my car? my mothers and sisters cars were 2 of 5 cars damaged by a reckless driver not making a turn and richoching all across the street. According to many people at the scene the driver is a neighbor of ours that lives in the apartments driectly behind us! to many people in the community it seems as if the police are not following up on obvious leads. What can i do and what rights do i or my family have that will allow us to find out what course the investigation is taking???
