I'm in an area where there are rickshaws pulled by cyclists. Pretty gross watching them and couldn't imagine some dude's rear in my face while touring the city.

The bike would have to be able to pull 2-4 ppl(400-800lbs max). What problems would be faced towing something with a scooter? Not looking at going fast, 15mph would be a max.
