How can I find free ringtones on my Verizon Samsung Rogue, using my mobile browser?

I just left At&t and had the Samsung Impression, which I used to get on my mobile browser, go to the website "fun for mobile", browse ringtones, click the one I wanted, and it would automatically download to my phone where I was able to save all the tones. Mp3 format. I just switched to Verizon and now have the Samsung Rogue, similar to the Impression, only I can't get ringtones from my fun for mobile site anymore, when I try to download it shows "This phone does not support this format" I've searched around and there have been a few sites where you find the song, enter the code and you're supposed to get the ringtone, but it just hasn't worked or it's copyrighted and not allowed for free..??? I don't have a pc at home I can use to make my own tones, are there any tone sites I can access from the browser on my phone where it's possible to download free ringtones? thanks!
