how can i find a lawyer to represent me for free on a child support case?

my ex husband wants to take me to court because he wants to lower his child support payments but i think its ridiculous of him to do that because he has not made any child support payments for the past 4 months and i just think i should be the one taking him to court before he takes me but i don't know how i am going to do that if i can't afford to pay a lawyer to help me out. So please help me get some answers.
 
Hun get to the child support office now he is playing you,he can not do that,go to court house an child support office an say i haven't been getting my child support,they will issue a warrant for his arrest,but the catch is you have to bring it to their attn. or nothing gets done,nail his ass b4 he try's some bullshit
